* Routine Appearances are defined as but are not limited to: Pre-Trial Conferences, Case Management Conferences, Continuances, Failure/Lack of Prosecution, Order to Show Cause, Trial Setting Conferences, Motions, 341 (a), Claim of Exemption and Arraignments.

** Routine Non Jury Trials are defined as trials based on simple Credit Card/Contract debts with one witness.

*** Other Advocacy Proceedings are defined as but not limited to: all other Non Jury and Jury Trials and/or Arbitrations.
